§ The client
needed a partner for managing their development task for reverse engineering of
their existing applications of call centre, phone panel and Salesforce call centre with enhanced user
interface for different platform.
Solution:
§ We worked
very closely with the client to understand software requirements and suggested
solutions that were robust, flexible and scalable with high-performance,
customizable user interface.
§ System
implementation is done using JavaScript which includes the Phone Panel, windows
grids, trees, lists, forms, menus, toolbars, panels, windows, and much more.
