Design & Development of the Application- Cloud Contact Centre

Client:

§  LiveOps is the global leader in cloud contact center and customer service solutions. Specialized in contact center software, cloud applications, cloud technology, direct response marketing, customer service software and applications, multichannel contact center, social customer service, contact center outsourcing, mobile marketing and customer support

Business  Needs:

§  The client needed a partner for managing their development task for reverse engineering of their existing applications of call centre, phone panel  and Salesforce call centre with enhanced user interface for different platform.


Solution:

§  We worked very closely with the client to understand software requirements and suggested solutions that were robust, flexible and scalable with high-performance, customizable user interface.

§  System implementation is done using JavaScript which includes the Phone Panel, windows grids, trees, lists, forms, menus, toolbars, panels, windows, and much more.

§  The teams contributed in rich GUI design, development, bug fixing, unit testing, implementation  and maintenance of business critical web and cloud applications using Open Source technology platform.
